Baja California Grill is very good in Jacksonville Alabama, I have ate at other ones, that aren’t quite as good! The food is very good! I would recommend them! The staff is very nice! The only thing is they had a wonderful bar tender that made wonderful cosmopolitans ,and she apparently moved and they just got another bar tender, that still needs alittle practice on a couple of things! Hopefully she will get better with time and eventually be as good as the other one! Everyone else got a margarita and they all said she did a very good job on them! I recommend Baji California Grill to anyone wanting Mexican food!

We went to Baja after college graduation. It was good food, great service. The food was hit and had good flavor. It was our first time there. Glad we went! The aquarium was fun for the 3yr old we had with us!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was authentic, hot, and packed with flavor. The tacos were incredible, the margaritas were perfect, and the portions were generous for the price. Our server was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was just right. The restaurant had such a warm, lively atmosphere that made the whole meal even better. Easily a 5-star spot and one of my favorite places to eat locally. Can’t wait to come back!

Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in town! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The chips and salsa were amazing, and every dish at our table was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean, fun, and perfect for a casual dinner or night out. You can really tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. We’ll definitely be back soon — highly recommend!

This place has the potential to be amazing, but it's never consistent. Sometimes it's delicious and I find myself craving it soon after. But sometimes it's awful. I've had one too many awful times, and tonight was the last straw. I ordered taquitos for takeout. They forgot my sides. They gave me dry taquitos with nothing else but guac. No salad, no sour cream, and no salsa for the chips. I should've known to check it, but I trusted them and drove home. I drove all the way back and told them to either remake everything and give me all of my order, or give me my money back. The girls up front were quick to fix it, but they didn't have my food remade. They reheated it. I got it home the second time and my taquitos were in a pool of grease from being refried. They were soggy, oily. The salad and sour cream had a lot of water in the bottom and no one wants wet food. I threw almost half of my dinner away. My family member's meal wasn't any better. I literally drove 30 mins total for food that was disgusting. I'm not going back here anytime soon. El Patron in Gadsden or Los Arcos in Lenlock are way better.
